What is your favorite Dylan album I should be listening to right now. I went deep on the punk rock last night and need to have some Dylan in my life this am to bring it all back home. Have New Morning on right now

His best song (in my humble opinion) is one he did with Johnny Cash called Girl from the North Country. It's not one of his more popular songs, but no Dylan playlist is complete without it.

yeah first track off Nashville Skyline, my other favorite Dylan album. Probably go right after that album next. It is brilliant front to back

I can't listen to Dylan that way. I like most of his songs, but some if them just kind of grate on me. So I have to make playlists.

You have to listen to the bootleg series! There are three volumes, and they are the best of all his works (imo), mostly lesser-known stuff.

Greatest Hits. That's all I can handle from him. And the stuff he sings backup vocals on from The Traveling Wilburys. Oh and the songs he wrote that other people made good. Go ahead, call me a heretic.

haha I couldnt do that. I couldnt stand him except as done by Hendrix etc. forever. Been the last 10 years I have enjoyed actually listening to him

yeah there is so much there to go after. And really so many styles within his body of work. New Morning, Blood on the Tracks, Desire, Bootlegs, Basement Tapes, Before the Flood with the Band. All great and not even touching the surface.
